Ralph Alexander
Executive Chairman
Ralph formerly served as the President, CEO, and Chairman of Talen Energy. For nearly 25 years prior to that, Mr. Alexander served in various positions with subsidiaries and affiliates of BP plc, one of the world's largest oil and gas companies. He held responsibilities for various regions of the world, including North America, Russia, the Caspian, and Latin America.
Mr. Alexander graduated with an MS in nuclear engineering from Polytechnic University and holds an MS in management science from Stanford University.

Patrick Yantz
CEO
As a pioneering force in digital infrastructure, Patrick brings nearly thirty years of comprehensive data center expertise to Digital Offshore. His forward-thinking approach has consistently delivered strategic innovations that redefine how infrastructure is designed, built, and operated at scale.
He was a foundational member of Microsoft's datacenter services, where he spent 17 years in hands-on roles across global operations, engineering, and architecture. Most recently, he served as the global leader of Edge Site Operations. Throughout his career, Patrick also led datacenter divisions at SGI and Commscope, delivering numerous transformative modular supercomputer datacenters for prestigious clients such as NASA, NETL, LLNL, and many others worldwide.

Loren Long
Chief Development Officer
Loren has over three decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on leadership, technical-to-commercial translation, and commercial creativity.
He has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams, growing Talos Energy's Mexico team from 4 to over 60 members and executing the first private offshore discovery in the country.
Loren co-founded a PE-backed oil & gas company focused on acquisitions and development in South Texas in 2011.
Loren started his career as a Drilling Engineer with Amoco Production (now BP) and has held various engineering and commercial roles at UPR/Anadarko Petroleum, Houston Exploration, Phoenix Exploration, and Talos Energy. Loren holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Stanford University.

Chad Towner
EVP – Business Development and Customer Strategy
Chad is a visionary leader with over 28 years of experience in the data center industry. During his 12-year tenure at Amazon (2003-2015), he pioneered operational frameworks and customer-centric strategies while helping scale the company's infrastructure. As the holder of 11 industry patents, Chad is recognized for his expertise in architecting scalable solutions and driving innovation through strategic partnerships.
After Amazon, Chad transformed a legacy infrastructure provider into a market leader by shifting to integrated, sustainable data center ecosystems, growing revenue from $18M to $1B in just four years. At Digital Offshore, he combines operational rigor with entrepreneurial agility to advance next-generation data center solutions that address the evolving demands of AI and cloud computing.

Mark Coscio
EVP Power Operations
Mark brings extensive experience in global engineering, procurement, and construction within the energy sector. As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Enviva, he oversaw manufacturing plants, deep-water marine terminals, and corporate development functions, leveraging his comprehensive background in project management from proposal through commissioning.
Prior to joining Enviva, Mark served in senior leadership roles at McDermott International and held progressively increasing positions at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company over a 20-year period. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill.

Tim Duncan
Advisor
Tim was the President and CEO and a founder of Talos Energy Inc., (NYSE:TALO) the fourth largest acreage owner in the US GOM. In 2017, the Zama discovery was named Global Discovery of the Year and in 2021 Talos was a first mover in geological carbon storage. Tim has spent over 20 years building PE-back businesses. In 2016 he was named EY Gulf Coast US Entrepreneur of the Year in Energy.
Tim earned a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State University, and an MBA from the Bauer Executive Program at the University of Houston.

Gabe Nacht

Gabe was previously the CFO of Switch, a technology infrastructure company building and operating data center campus ecosystems with low latency to major US markets.
His background includes two multi-billion dollar IPOs, selling companies valued at more than $13 billion, structuring over $8 billion in financing with major banking and private equity firms, and establishing international subsidiaries. Gabe has significant experience helping companies become more operationally efficient and creating shareholder value.

Gary Wojtaszek

Gary was president and CEO of CyrusOne, which is a high growth data center company that focuses on serving the needs of the Fortune 1000.
He served as the CFO of Cincinnati Bell, the SVP Treasurer & Controller of Laureate Education, VP of Corporate Finance, and European Treasurer at Delphi Automotive, and started his career at General Motors.

Grant Pribliski
Advisor
Grant is the Co-Founder and CEO of Frio Resources II, a non-operated oil and gas company focused in Ohio's hydrocarbon rich Utica Basin. Amongst other roles, Grant previously served as a founding management team member of Talos Low Carbon Solutions, assembling and stewarding a robust Gulf Coast CCS portfolio to a successful exit.
Grant earned a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and subsequently earned an MBA from the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin.

Rear Admiral Hugh Howard III
Advisor
Adm. Howard previously served as commander of the Naval Special Warfare Command from 2020-2022 and has commanded at all levels of Joint Special Operations, including as the Commanding Officer of the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (often referred to as SEAL Team SIX) from 2011-2013.
In addition to his military service experience, Adm. Howard has extensive governmental experience in joint, interagency, and policy staff leadership roles.
